Most Sundays at 11am the Scarborough hash meet at the Alma Pub in Scarborough town centre for a jog round town. We are nearly always back for 12 noon so that we can have a beer or two. Although it seems bizarre that this doesn't get boring, even after doing this for over 12 years, it isn't because there is such a large variety of terrain (and steps) literally two minutes jog away. Most of the time the trail is set live, which adds to the fun!

Purveyor of fine beers, many of which are Real Ale guest beers. Here you will be assured of a congenial and warm welcome, friendly banter. Follow the signs for the town centre until the driver can look out of their window and see the Railway Station on your right, and your passenger can look out of their window and see The Stephen Joseph Theatre on their left.
Turn left at the lights, and move into the right hand lane straight after. proceed to next traffic lights. Turn right and immediately right again into Alma Parade.

Follow the signs straight for the Scarborough town centre until get to a set of traffic lights with the Police Station on your right.

Well, sort of. The TV series "The Royal" uses the place for it's pub scenes, though it's difficult to tell.
